The service helps an authenticated user upload videos or photo content that the user owns, created, or has permission to post. The service may use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to identify the authenticated user and upload content approved by that user.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or publish through the service complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, TikTok's Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, and any other platform rules that apply.
The service is designed to upload or publish content only after explicit user approval. The service does not intentionally post content to TikTok without the authenticated user's confirmation.
To use TikTok-related features, you may need to sign in with TikTok and grant permissions such as basic profile access and content upload access. You may revoke access through your TikTok account settings where available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider is not responsible for losses, account restrictions, platform enforcement actions, or other damages resulting from content uploaded by the user or from changes to third-party platforms.
